Review and Provide Feedback on Proposed Changes
AHFC staff are proposing updates to program guidelines, summary of terms, eligibility checklists, and quantitative scoring. See below for summaries of major changes, as well as direct links to review the full changes. Click each link to download the document.

Rental Housing Development Assistance Program Guidelines

Major changes include:
- Establishing an annual monitoring fee
- Adding a requirement for proposed rehabilitations to submit a Tenant Relocation Plan and property condition assessment as part of any HDA application
- Add further clarifications on eligible uses of funds
Ownership Housing Development Assistance Program Guidelines

- Clarifying that AHFC-published sales price maximums must be used for all OHDA awards
