Austin Water’s Strategic Plan is a roadmap shaped by the voices, ideas, and experiences from our employees, customers, partners, and community members.
As Austin continues to grow, and change, our mission remains the same to “provide water for people and care for the environment.” This plan strengthens that mission and charts a clear path toward the future, one defined by reliability, stewardship, innovation, and the collective commitment of every team across Austin Water.
