Austin Water is shaping its future, and your perspective is invaluable. As part of our strategic plan development, we’re gathering community input to ensure we continue providing reliable, high-quality service to all residents. Austin Water remains committed to balancing sustainability, emergency preparedness, and affordability, and your feedback will help us refine our approach. There's two ways you can help shape our water future:
We invite you to take a brief survey—just 5 minutes—to share your thoughts on how we can better serve you and our community. But don’t wait, the survey closes at the end of May 2025! Take our short survey here.
Additionally, we’ll be hosting focus groups, facilitated by AW's consultants Blue Sky Partners, to gather even more insights. If you’re interested in joining, you can sign up separately—participants will receive a $50 gift card as a thank-you for their time. See the right side bar for details, and sign up on our form here.
Interested community members are encouraged to complete the interest form. To ensure a fair representation of Austin’s diverse community, participants will be selected from the pool of applicants.
Selected individuals will be notified at least one week before the event to confirm attendance. As a token of appreciation for your time and contributions, participants will receive a $50 gift card after attending and actively engaging in the session.
