This code amendment is associated with rezoning case C814-2025-0111, in which the applicant has applied to rezone the property located at 1404 East Riverside Drive from East Riverside Corridor - Corridor Mixed-Use (ERC-CMU) zoning to Planned Unit Development (PUD) zoning.
