Austin residents face enormous uncertainty because of the COVID-19 pandemic, but the Central Texas Food Bank remains open and ready to assist with food access needs. The best way to help right now is to go to centraltexasfoodbank.org and donate. Folks can also host a virtual food drive or Facebook fundraiser for us. And they still need volunteers. If you’re healthy and not in a high-risk group, please consider helping out. Go to www.centraltexasfoodbank.org and click on “Volunteer”. Thank you!

We at Austin Chinese American Network are working hard to help those in needs during this pandemic. Part three of three: Encourage youth to run for Covid-19 relief fundraising. To fight against covid-19, not only we need to keep very strict social distancing, but also to stay healthy by exercising regularly. So why not do it for a good cause? Raising money for Covid-19 relief efforts by running! Together, with love, compassion and hard work, we’ll get through this.
